bmachsdw.gif (14678 bytes) All of the machines that have an electrical control installed on them have a U.L. listed control, and will be supplied with ladder diagrams or a program on disk.  Superior Engineering details all working parts of the machines and keeps a record on file for future reference or if spare parts are required.  Superior Engineering only uses top quality purchased items to put in their automation equipment.

Coping Machines

Superior Engineering builds 3 sizes of Coping Machines ranging from 15 ton to 45 ton of cutting pressure.

  • Model 1500 will cut 2" diameter with a 1/8' wall
  • Model 3000 will cut 3 1/2" diameter with a 1/4" wall
  • Model 4500 will cut 5" diameter with a 3/8" wall

These are the standard sizes, we will be glad to look at your custom application.  Each machine comes equipped with its own hydraulic power unit and an Air Logic Control.  Tooling for each machine is standard, except for a size change, which includes:

  1. Master Die Block Holder
  2. Die Insert
  3. Punch

Custom designed adjustable diameter notching machine.
Each machine comes standard with (1) working head.  Additional working heads may be added at customers request, upon ordering the machine.  Example: There are some machines with (2) working and some with (3) working heads.  Programmable Logic Controllers may be added at the customers request which may assist in running sequence and part orientation.  Price and delivery on machines and tools are available upon request.
