Our stamping is done on the best press equipment there is: Warco, Minster, Havir, and Bliss. Our punch press capabilities range from one ton with a bed size of 7" x 12" to 300 tons at 52" x 102". We commonly work with product materials from 0.005" to 0.250" thick and can make products from the size of a dime to that of large appliance shells, all within our 30,000-square-feet of facilities. |

| If tooling is necessary, we have a tooling department larger than entire companies with 20 tool makers and designers using the best wire EDMs and CNC Mills. Quality is followed through with rigid inspection procedures featuring a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine, 48" x 72" granite inspection plate, and Fowler and Starrett hiteacators. We also employ statistical process control techniques to meet your reporting requirements. Our QC allows us to be a certified vender for several large companies in the computer, appliance, recreational vehicle, automotive, medical and furniture industries. Our secondary operations include tapping, hardware installation, plating and painting, sub assembly, and custom packaging. |
