This commitment begins with our job tracking system, internal control procedures and a complete CAD drafting department with integrated system software capabilities. To build good tooling, you need good equipment. | Where most shops fall short, we are able to take your die and debug it on presses with capacities of up to 300 tons and bed sizes up to 52 x 102 inches. We specialize in progressive dies, and commonly work with product materials from 0.005" to 0.250" thick. Our dies can make products from the size of a dime to that of large appliance shells. We build high quality dies with tight to moderate tolerances and for all levels of production. We also can service the dies to maintain your satisfaction.
